This Disclaimer sets out the limits of our responsibility for the content on rouvib.com and the print-on-demand apparel we sell. It backs up our Terms & Conditions and works with our other policies. Rouvib is run by Jonnpa LLC.

Product Disclaimer

  • Every tee, polo, and tank is printed individually after you order.
  • Small differences between the product photos and what you receive are normal for print-on-demand, including:
    • color shifts from your monitor, lighting, dye lots, and ink absorption
    • print placement varying by about 1–2 cm
    • fabric texture differing between supplier batches
    • size tolerances of about 1–2 cm across our published charts
  • These aren’t defects under our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Refunds and replacements apply only to a genuine print defect, fabric defect, manufacturing fault, transit damage, or an item that materially differs from what you ordered.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Our handling and transit times are estimates based on typical production and carrier performance.
  • Actual delivery can vary due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, address errors at checkout, and other things outside our control.
  • We’re not liable for losses from delays once your package is with the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jonnpa LLC and its team aren’t liable for any loss, damage, or injury from using our store or any product bought through it, including:

  • indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • lost profits, data, or goodwill
  • damages from delays, errors, or interruptions in the store
  • skin reactions, allergic responses, or other health issues from wearing our apparel
  • losses from third-party services linked to our store, including our print partner and carriers

Affiliate Disclosure

  • Rouvib may take part in affiliate programs or earn referral fees from third-party services mentioned on our store, such as ad networks, analytics platforms, and email tools.
  • Any earnings don’t change the price you pay.
  • Where US Federal Trade Commission guidelines require it, we disclose affiliate relationships in the relevant spot.

Health and Safety

  • Our apparel uses fabrics and inks that meet standard commercial requirements for printed garments.
  • Even so, if you have sensitive skin, fabric allergies, or a skin condition, you might react to certain materials, dyes, or inks.
  • If you have known allergies or sensitivities, check the fabric details on each product page before ordering, and stop wearing an item if a reaction shows up.
  • Nothing on our store is medical or safety advice. For any health concern about our products, talk to a qualified medical professional.
