  • For any other request, email contact@rouvib.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
  • We acknowledge requests within 2 business days, complete opt-out requests within 15 business days, and handle other requests within 45 days, with one possible 45-day extension.
  • If you’re in the EEA or UK, you may have extra rights under laws like the GDPR. Contact us and we’ll help.

Children’s Privacy

  • Our store is meant for adults, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
