These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) cover how you use Rouvib and anything you buy from us. By visiting or ordering from rouvib.com, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Payment Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who We Are

  • rouvib.com is run by Jonnpa LLC, a limited liability company registered in California (company number B20260262078), with its office at 16434 Halsey Street, Granada Hills, CA 91344.
  • We sell print-on-demand apparel and ship within the United States.
  • In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Jonnpa LLC, and “you” means any adult using the store.

Using Our Website

  • You confirm you’re at least 18 and can enter a binding agreement under your state’s laws.
  • Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful code, or mess with the store’s security or operation.
  • We can refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if these Terms are broken.

Our Products

  • We sell tees, polos, and tanks made on a print-on-demand basis, and our range may grow over time.
  • Each item is printed after you order it, so nothing is held in stock in advance.
  • Product images show each design as closely as we can, but what you get may vary a little due to your screen, lighting, fabric batches, and how the ink sits.
  • Size charts, fabric details, and care instructions are on each product page, so please check them before ordering.

Pricing and Availability

  • All prices, fees, and taxes are in US Dollars (USD) and can change without notice.
  • The price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
  • Errors in pricing, descriptions, images, or availability can happen, and we may correct them and refuse or cancel affected orders.
  • Payment details are in our Payment Policy.

Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy under these Terms.
  • Your order is accepted once we email a confirmation and payment is captured.
  • We accept Stripe and PayPal, as set out in our Payment Policy.
  • We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including ones that look fraudulent, are for unauthorized resale, or break these Terms.

Order Cancellations

  • Ask to change or cancel within 24 hours by emailing contact@rouvib.com with your order number.
  • Requests in that window are handled free of charge.
  • Because each item is printed to order, production starts soon after cut-off, and the order can’t be changed or cancelled after that.

Intellectual Property

  • Everything at rouvib.com — the Rouvib name, the Jonnpa LLC identity, our logos, our in-house designs and artwork, photos, text, graphics, layout, and overall look — belongs to Jonnpa LLC or its licensors, and is protected by US copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
  • You can’t reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
  • Limited personal, non-commercial use is fine.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • Shipping destinations, timelines, costs, and carriers are in our Shipping Policy.
  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds, including our print-on-demand return rules, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Both are part of these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent the law allows, Jonnpa LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages from using rouvib.com or any product bought through it, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the order behind it.
  • Nothing here removes rights you have under your state’s consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The store and its products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those the law requires.
  • We don’t warrant the store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Extra disclaimers specific to print-on-demand apparel are in our Disclaimer, part of these Terms by reference.

Third-Party Links

  • Our store may link to or work with third-party services like payment gateways, our print partner, carrier tracking, analytics, and social platforms.
  • We include them for convenience, not as an endorsement, and we’re not responsible for their content, security, or practices.
  • Information you give third parties is governed by their own privacy notices.

Indemnification

  • You agree to defend and hold harmless Jonnpa LLC and its team from any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of someone’s rights, or misuse of the store or a product.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
  • If something comes up, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out informally.
  • Any dispute we can’t resolve that way will be handled by the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
  • Nothing here removes consumer rights under your state’s laws that can’t be waived.

Severability

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it’ll be trimmed to the minimum needed to make it valid, or removed, and the rest stays in force.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms anytime.
  • The current version is posted here with an updated Last updated date, and for big changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
  • Keeping on using the store after changes are posted means you accept them.
