Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Rouvib. This page covers how your order gets to you: when it ships, how long it takes, what it costs, and what we do if anything goes wrong. Rouvib is run by Jonnpa LLC. We’re a print-on-demand brand, so every tee, polo, and tank is printed just for your order and shipped by our US-based print partner. That means it goes out from within the United States, made fresh rather than pulled from a shelf.

Where We Ship

  • We ship within the United States only.

Where We Can’t Ship (Yet)

  • Right now we can’t send orders to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • If an order slips through to one of these, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

When Orders Go Out

  • Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday to Friday.
  • Order before the cut-off and your item goes into production the same business day.
  • Order after 5:00 PM (PT), or on a weekend or holiday, and production starts the next business day.

How Long It Takes

  • Since every item is printed to order, there are two steps: making it, then shipping it.
  • Production: 2–3 business days to print and pack your order.
  • Transit: 5–7 business days once it’s on the way.
  • Total: about 7–10 business days from the day you order.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders of $109 or more ship free.
  • Under $109, there’s a flat $6.99 shipping fee.

How We Work Out Shipping

  • Shipping is based on your order subtotal before tax: free at $109 and up, or a flat $6.99 below that.
  • It’s the same flat fee no matter how many items or how heavy the box, and you’ll see it at checkout before you pay.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is applied at checkout based on where your order is shipping.
  • You’ll see the exact amount in your order summary before you pay.

No Surprise Handling Fees

  • The shipping fee at checkout is the only delivery charge. No separate handling or packaging fees get added later.

Who Delivers Your Order

  • We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
  • The carrier is picked by your destination ZIP code when your order goes out.

Tracking

  • We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
  • It can take the carrier up to 24 hours to start showing updates, so give it a day if it looks quiet.

Getting Your Address Right

  • Need to fix an address? Email contact@rouvib.com with your order number within 24 hours.
  • Production starts soon after cut-off, so we can’t promise changes after that.
  • Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

If Something’s Late or Missing

  • If tracking says delivered but it’s not there, check with anyone at home, building staff, and neighbors first.
  • Still missing after 48 hours? Email contact@rouvib.com with your order number and we’ll open a carrier investigation.

If Your Order Shows Up Damaged

  • Spot damage, or got the wrong item? Email contact@rouvib.com within 7 days with your order number and a couple of photos.
  • Once we confirm it, we’ll reprint and reship at no cost, or give you a full refund.

How Fast We Sort Problems

  • Shipping investigations usually wrap up within 5–7 business days of your report, depending on the carrier.

Out-of-Stock or Delayed Items

  • If a shirt style or print material is temporarily unavailable, we’ll reach out so you can wait for restock or take a full refund for that item. The rest of your order ships as normal.

Delays We Can’t Control

  • Weather, carrier hiccups, and holidays can slow things down, and those are outside our control.
  • If it happens, we’ll work with the carrier to get your order moving.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Want to return or exchange something? It’s all laid out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Heads up: since everything is printed to order, we accept returns for print or product issues, not for change of mind. Full details are in the policy.
  • Approved returns get a return address by email, so please wait for that before sending anything back.
